You can register on our website to use certain functions. The transmitted data is used exclusively for the purpose of using the respective offer or service. Mandatory information requested during registration must be provided in full. Otherwise we will reject the registration.

In the event of important changes, for example for technical reasons, we will inform you by e-mail. The e-mail will be sent to the address given during registration.

YouTube

For the integration and display of video content, our website uses plugins from YouTube. The provider of the video portal is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

When a page with an integrated YouTube plugin is called up, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells YouTube which of our pages you have accessed.

YouTube can assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile if you are logged into your YouTube account. You can prevent this by logging out first.

YouTube is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Details on the handling of user data can be found in YouTube's privacy policy at: www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

Vimeo

For the integration and display of video content, our website uses plugins from Vimeo. The provider of the video portal is Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.

When a page with an integrated Vimeo plugin is called up, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established. Vimeo thereby learns which of our pages you have accessed. Vimeo learns your IP address, even if you are not logged in to the video portal or do not have an account there. The information collected by Vimeo is transmitted to the video portal's servers in the USA.

Vimeo can assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out first.

Details on the handling of user data can be found in the Vimeo privacy policy at: vimeo.com/privacy.

Facebook pixel

Furthermore, we use the so-called "Facebook pixel" of Facebook Inc. ("Facebook"). This enables interest-based advertisements ("Facebook ads") to be displayed to users of our website when they visit the social network Facebook or other websites that also use this method. Through the Facebook pixel, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Facebook server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Facebook through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge: Through the integration of the Facebook pixel, Facebook receives the information that you have clicked on an advertisement from us or have called up the corresponding website of our internet presence. If you are registered with a Facebook service, Facebook can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Facebook or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider will learn and store your IP address and other identifying features.

With the use of the Facebook pixel, we pursue the purpose of displaying Facebook ads placed by us only to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our internet offer. With the help of the Facebook pixel, we want to ensure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interest of the users and do not have a harassing effect. Furthermore, with the help of the Facebook pixel, we can track the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical purposes by seeing whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad. The legal basis for the use of the Facebook pixel is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

You can object to the use of the Facebook Pixel at any time by using the following opt-out option: In the "Change cookie settings" area, you can object to the collection of data for "Relevant ads".

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that your web browser stores on your terminal device. Cookies help us to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure.

Some cookies are "session cookies." Such cookies are deleted automatically at the end of your browser session. On the other hand, other cookies remain on your terminal device until you delete them yourself. Such cookies help us to recognise you when you return to our website.

With a modern web browser, you can monitor, restrict or prevent the setting of cookies. Many web browsers can be configured so that cookies are deleted automatically when the program is closed. Disabling cookies may result in limited functionality of our website.

The setting of cookies that are necessary to carry out electronic communication processes or the provision of certain functions desired by you (e.g. shopping cart) is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. As the operator of this website, we have a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and smooth provision of our services. If other cookies are set (e.g. for analysis functions), these are dealt with separately in this data protection declaration.

Matomo (formerly Piwik)

Our website uses the web analysis service Matomo. Matomo is an open source solution.

Matomo uses "cookies." These are small text files that your web browser stores on your terminal device and which enable an analysis of website use. Information generated by cookies about the use of our website is stored on our server. Before storage, your IP address is anonymised.

Matomo cookies remain on your terminal device until you delete them.

The setting of Matomo cookies is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. As the operator of this website, we have a legitimate interest in the anonymised analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise both our website and, where applicable, advertising.

The information stored in the Matomo cookie about the use of this website is not passed on. The setting of cookies by your web browser can be prevented. However, some functions of our website may be restricted as a result.

You can deactivate the storage and use of your data here. Your browser sets an opt-out cookie, which prevents the storage of Matomo usage data. If you delete your cookies, the Matomo opt-out cookie will also be removed. When you visit our website again, you must set the opt-out cookie again to prevent the storage and use of your data.

Google Web Fonts

Our website uses web fonts from Google. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

By using these web fonts, it is possible to present you with the presentation of our website that we desire, regardless of which fonts are available to you locally. This is done by retrieving the Google Web Fonts from a Google server in the USA and the associated transfer of your data to Google. This is your IP address and which of our pages you have visited. The use of Google Web Fonts is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. As the operator of this website, we have a legitimate interest in the optimal presentation and transmission of our website.

Google is certified for the us-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield". This data protection agreement is intended to ensure compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.

Details about Google Web Fonts can be found at: www.google.com/fonts and further information can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy/partners?hl=de.

Use of Matomo

This website uses Matomo (formerly Piwik), an open source analytics platform provided by InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011, Wellington, New Zealand.

We use Matomo to analyse our website with regard to your user behaviour. We use Matomo without placing cookies on your computer when you visit our website. When data is transferred to our server, the IP address is then shortened and pseudonymised in Matomo in such a way that we cannot identify you - as a visitor to our website - in Matomo.

In order to be able to assign your usage activities of our website to your visit, a so-called fingerprint is generated by Matomo. A fingerprint uses information about your browser settings and version, your operating system and your IP address as well as parameters of this website. The calculation algorithm of this fingerprint changes every 24 hours, so that it is not possible to draw any conclusions about possible earlier or later visits and the activities that took place on our website. The calculation algorithm also calculates the fingerprint in such a way that it is always different when you visit other websites that use Matomo, so that it is not possible to draw conclusions about visits to other websites by you in Matomo.

The transmitted usage data is only evaluated by us and is not passed on to third parties. The evaluation serves exclusively to optimise and further develop our website.

You can object to the storage of your anonymised usage activities:
